Grab the box & check the order
Confirms which optional items this order needs.
- Grab a 16″ × 12″ × 6″ box.
- Check the order (or printed tags) for whether this order includes a scale.
- Check the order for whether it includes a wall mount or a table stand.
- If it's a stand, check the order for tablet size (10″ or 14″) — the stand differs by size.

Pack the scale & charging accessories
Which items you pack depends on whether a scale was ordered.
If the order includes a scale
- Pack the scale.
- Pack the scale plate.
- Pack the scale hardware package: 10 ft USB-C to USB-C cable, USB charging brick, battery charger with rechargeable batteries, and a power cable.
If the order does not include a scale
- Still pack a 10 ft USB-C to USB-C cable on its own.
- Still pack a USB charging brick on its own.
Don't forget
The cable and charging brick normally ship bundled inside the scale hardware package. An order without a scale won't get one otherwise — pack them separately.

Pack the mount hardware
Depends on whether the order is a stand or a wall mount.
If a table stand was ordered
- Pack the stand that matches the tablet size (10″ or 14″) from Step 1.
- Pack the stand velcro pack.
- Pack the stand instructions.
If a wall mount was ordered
- Pack the wall mount.

Wrap the tablet
Do this before it goes in the box.
- Wrap the tablet in the included foam or bubble wrap before placing it in the box.

Arrange everything in the box
General layout — exact placement of smaller items can vary.
- Place the scale and scale plate on the bottom of the box.
- Place the wrapped tablet on top.
Note
Where the mount hardware, cables, magnet, and flyer go can vary depending on what's on hand — arrange them around the scale and tablet as needed.

Add final items & cushioning
Last things in before the box is sealed.
- Include a support magnet.
- Include a sales flyer.
- Fill remaining space with air pillows so nothing shifts during shipping — add cushioning between items too, if needed.
