1
Mounting The Stand (Optional)
  • Mount the stand to a wall using the optional hardware included in the box.
  • You may not need all of the pieces depending on the wall type.
  • See the included mounting template for additional instructions.
2
Attaching The Tablet
  • Attach the tablet to the stand by peeling the back off the velcro on the stand and pressing the tablet against it firmly.
  • Make sure the velcro is locked in place before attaching.
  • The camera should be at the top.
  • The tablet is larger than the stand and will extend off the sides — this is normal.
3
Connecting The Cables
  • Connect the power cable for the stand to the wall outlet.
  • Depending on your tablet, you may have one or two cables on the side of the stand — connect them to the tablet.
  • Connect the power cable at the bottom of the stand to the printer. There may also be a USB cable depending on your hardware.
  • Turn on the tablet by holding the power button for up to 3 seconds.
  • Turn on the printer.
4
Testing The Printer
  • Test the system by printing a label.
  • Select an item, then a quantity to print. Some items may also require selecting a date.
  • Try printing a few labels to ensure there are no blank labels between items.
  • If blank labels are coming out, try calibrating the printer from the Settings screen.
5
Testing The Internet
  • Make sure the tablet is online by visiting the Settings screen.
  • You should see a message every 5 seconds indicating if the cellular and wi-fi are connected.
  • If the tablet is not connecting to the internet, please contact support at 1-888-546-4049.
